Meet Ms. Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah Stichter! I'm a licensed and certified speech language pathologist with over 10 years of experience working with children and families in Palm Beach County. I graduated with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida Atlantic University. 

I've worked for The School District of Palm Beach County for 10 years, treating children from age 3 through grade 5. I specialize in early intervention therapy and have treated children with a variety of needs, primarily autism and developmental delays. I am passionate about helping families to create language-rich environments within their homes in order to reduce frustrations resulting from communication breakdowns. 

I live in Boynton Beach, Florida with my husband, Brian, and our toddler, Luke. Becoming a parent has been the most eye-opening experience, both personally and professionally. I have learned so much from being Luke's mama, and it has strengthened the way I approach the children and families that I get to work with.

Our philosophy is a unique mash-up of evidence based practice, play-based therapy, and montessori principles. As in Montessori, we believe in:

We believe in a holistic approach to development, which is why child-centered, play-based therapy is at the core of everything we do. Play-based therapy offers naturally embedded opportunities for connection and learning. It builds social skills, communication, and family relationships.
